How do I add extra items to my pledge? I don't see a place to do that.
With this kickstarter, you are helping us to produce items that do not yet exist. Right now, all you can do is pledge a certain dollar amount, which provides us the funds to fulfill your pledge. Unfortunately, we cannot predict how many items will be unlocked, so we cannot give you a complete list of what will be available until after the campaign is completed.
After the campaign is over, you will get a survey relevant to the tier that you pledged, which will also include a place to select additional items.
If, for example, you would like to purchase an additional enamel pin on top of whatever tier you’ve decided to pledge, you would need to increase your pledge by the listed price of the desired item. In this example, an extra enamel pin would be $12. There will be no other prompts or options to select for your pledge, but you CAN adjust your amount at any time during the campaign. You will not be charged until the end. On your backer survey, there will be a place for you to make all your final selections.

Why are there reward tiers that are no longer available?
For this campaign we wanted to reward supporters who pledged early by giving Free Shipping to all pledges made during the first week. This offer expired at 12:00 pm (MST) on July 22nd, 2020.
Our Early Bird and Fairy Realm tiers were all limited to a certain amount of pledges and have already sold out.

The Free Sticker and Free Pin are not listed in my reward tier. Do I still get them?
YES! Everyone who orders from this campaign will be getting the freebie gifts. To be honest, we made our first round of reward tiers before the campaign began and did not know if those items would get unlocked, so we didn’t include items we couldn’t guarantee. Thanks to all of your support, now we can!

I pledged the Fairy Realm or Pure Magic reward tier, what do you mean by ALL unlocked pins?
Your package will include one of each enamel pin design that gets unlocked during this campaign. That will mean all twelve of the original designs, plus one of each variant design that gets unlocked. The exact number of pins that will be will entirely depend on the success of this campaign. There are 27 unlocked designs.
You will be able to substitute designs, if you like. Your backers survey will allow you to make your final choices.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
